Children's Minister

The Children’s Minister of High Pointe Baptist Church is Missy Reimer. She has been a dedicated member of the church staff for over 6 years and has excelled at organizing and refining the children’s and preschool ministries. Being a former teacher, she loves kids and knows how to communicate with them. Besides the weekly children’s programs and child care, she is responsible for organizing and running the annual Fall Festival, Junior Camp, and Vacation Bible School. She has also implemented and run our community events such as our Summer Feeding Program (2009) which she coordiates with the elemetary schools to help feed children during the summer who would normally go without food. She started (2004) REC Night where anyone from the community can come on a Wednesday night and feel welcome to play games. Most recently (2009) she implemented Community Kickball League where kids from all over Cedar Hill can come and sign up to play on a kickball team every Wednesday night throughout the summer.
