Associate Pastor of Worship April 2010 – October 2011
Responsibilities include: Establishing a start-up church in Southwest
Arlington. Developing a discipleship system that would develop Kingdomminded
families that strategically and intentionally fulfill their life
purpose and influence homes, cities and beyond for the glory of God.
Provide musical services for the weekly worship gatherings, and provide
leadership in the church’s strategic planning team.

ARTIST BOOT CAMP

Responsibilities include: Train and develop musicians in the area of
piano, voice, and overall musical arranging in various musical styles
from gospel, jazz, pop, rock, and classical. Establishing and developing a
5-step teaching curriculum that will teach students to reproduce the
music that plays in their minds using traditional theory techniques.

Responsibilities include: Producing and arranging music for CDs and
DVDs for various local, national, and international artists, teaching and
training musicians for Kingdom impact, providing live keyboard and
vocal performances for various local, regional, and national events.
Generated over $750,000 in CD production business as a side job over
last 10 years, with approximately $100,000 in the pipeline.

CORNERSTONE BAPTIST CHURCH, Arlington, TX.
Minister of Worship October 2006 – March 2010
Associate Minister of Music October 1989 – April 2000
Responsibilities included: Managing budget and leaders of 18 worship
ministry groups, directing Men of Praise vocal group, directing the band,
arranging rhythm charts and music scores for band and orchestra. Also,
created the church’s first ever music book containing charts of over 500
hymns, gospel songs, and praise songs. This system reduced the weekly
band rehearsal time over 80%, from 6 hours to 1 hour per week. Also
produced, arranged, and completed the church’s first live recording CD
in 2008.

CROSSROADS CHRISTIAN CHURCH, Arlington, TX / Grand Prairie, TX.
Minister of Music June 2000 – October 2006
Responsibilities included: Managing the Worship department, leading
praise and worship for 3 services, directing the choir, band, praise
teams, and media department, arranging rhythm charts and music
scores for the band and orchestra, playing piano, organ, and keyboards
for all regular and special services.

Responsibilities included: Analyzing the credit worthiness of various
corporations for medium to large commercial loans.
